As part of our coursework we need to produce an Opening sequence of a thriller. In order to do this we have been put into groups. To produce the opening sequence I must research conventions used in thriller opening sequences, how titles are used, what equipment we will use to produce our opening sequence, camera angles, what programme to use when producing our opening sequence and what I learned from the opening sequences in order to apply to my opening sequence. I also need to plan how I am going to produce the opening sequence and my planning will involve potential locations, a timetable of when to go filming, cast and crew, potential target audience, storyboard, music, props, costume and characters. I will blog all my planning and research till our opening sequence is complete.
